We have nothing but fantastic things to say about our loan application and home buying process with Dany Davis. We started our house search in October of 2023, and met Dany through a Redfin agent. While we were not successful in our contingent offer at that time, Dany was readily available and her skills made the stressful situation a little better. We kept her in mind for the next offer we would put in. In Washington state the housing market has been intense! We relied on Dany when another recommended loan agent failed to be available when we needed to put in an offer on a Friday night at 6pm. She was knowledgeable, communicative and resourceful. Not only was Dany empathetic to our mundane questions, we felt she was our advocate through the home purchase. Our realtor expressed that Dany did an amazing job making the transaction as smooth as possible and we easily hit all deadlines to close.
