Emmett was with me every step of the way, and came out with all the details I needed at each step. This included mapping out my various financing/payment scenarios, and genuinely helping me come up with the loan that best fit my needs based on my situation. However, I did get a call from them on the day of closing, two days after signing, and a day after they told me funds would be released (which had passed without contact), saying that they had failed to verify my employment with my employer's system and thus had not been able to release funds. We were able to settle it quickly and still close, and honestly I would still recommend Emmett as good people can be hard to find, but it is still a glitch in the process that prevents me from being able to give full points.
