This was my second purchase with APM - and working with Mike Bon and his team. It was an excellent experience. Mike and Carleen (from Redfin) work together extremely efficiently, and did an excellent job of keeping me updated and posted on progress toward the home purchase. In particular, they worked extremely hard to help me make offers on a couple of other properties (often at very short notice), and I am very grateful to them both for their efficiency, professionalism, and responsiveness during this stressful time. Especially given the fact that regular processes and schedules have been up-ended with the ongoing pandemic, Mike and Carleen did a truly excellent job making sure that everything was completed in a timely and prompt manner from start to finish. They're a killer team, and I will forever be grateful for all their assistance and guidance through this home purchase. I cannot recommend them enough!

Once we found a home to make an offer on two months later, we contacted Mike immediately and started the loan application process. My wife and I recently purchased our first home. Mike Bon, with American Pacific Mortgage, handled our loan application. Mike was attentive, approachable and always available with any questions we had. Mike was a helper and advocate. Our loan closed sooner than expected and the closing costs were much lower than my wife and I had anticipated. Mike is the most helpful and hardworking person I have ever worked with. He will answer phone calls late into the night just to make sure everything is done on time. He was always willing to explain things so we could understand them better. Our best interest was always his priority and he made sure we got what we wanted. We highly recommend working with Mike!

Our loan process was an experience. Mike and his team were working tirelessly to make our dream come true. He was available, patient (as I had to have asked some of the same questions multiple times!) kind and professional.
