Rick at Axia was the perfect partner for our mortgage process. We interviewed several loan officers including credit unions and local banks, ultimately deciding Rick was the best choice for us. He spent a ton of time educating us about the mortgage process (as first time buyers) and walking through scenarios on every offer we needed to consider a variety of scenarios with. He and his team were diligent about keeping everyone involved in the transaction informed of progress every step of the way and making sure we were providing all of the needed documentation. Plus he managed to close our loan (technically 2 loans) EARLY! We had the keys to our house less than 30 days after mutual acceptance, which is insane given how busy the market is and that we were dealing with two loans. We can't thank Rick enough for all of his help and partnership throughout this process.

My least favorite thing about buying a home is the amount of information is required at the last minute by underwriters and others.
