They were great at first- the customer portal and task list made everything easy and digestible to get things rolling. That is the only reason I’m giving any rating at all. While there were definitely some associates who did there best to be helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our file was being handled appropriately - that same level of service was definitely not consistent throughout. To us, Ally as a service fell flat at the end, holding up our closing as our file passed from one hand to the next in each stage. In what should of been a positive and exciting time at the closing table, we ended up waiting for hours in frustration while they scrambled to get documentation that all local parties we were working with had never heard of being necessary for closing. I would never work with them again.
