I am a first time home buyer who had no clue how this process worked, my realtor set me up with TJ and at first I did not have the credit to even qualify but he worked with me and set me up with a credit fixing place and gave me recommendations for things I could do on my own to fix my credit. Once that was at an acceptable number we restarted the process and he was always updating me on the new programs he found that would work for us and get us better financing in the long run. I don't even know where to start! Our whole process began with us seeing if we could refinance our home so lower the mortgage payment of a home that was "locked" into home mortgage moderation contracts, too small for us and one we didn't like. After some digging he offered the idea of asking our mortgage company if we could sell the house, to our amazement they said YES and we sold the house! TJ worked hard to help us get everything in proper order to set us up for the best type of loan when we found our next home. He worked VERY Hard with us, explaining everything and answering every big or silly question we had for months on end.
