Thai's relationship started out poorly from the beginning. Deb did not want any application material faxed to her, so as a result it was difficult for us to get info. to her. I only have Mondays off, and my fiancee lives an hour away, so this limited us to getting materials to her only on Mondays or Saturdays. When I explained this to her, she stated that she has worked with congressmen or senators (or some gov't officials) that were busier than I was and they were able to comply; and she then said we "didn't seem to be serious" or even excited about getting a home! In my opinion, she was highly unprofessional. Many other things happened such as at one point, I offered to meet her in Warrenton, since she said she would be there for a settlement. I was to meet her at about 11:30. She did not call until about 90 minutes later, and when I could not drive back and meet her, she seemed very annoyed and did not even apologize for not showing up or calling. She had told us in the beginning that she would be able to meet us as needed, but instead, she mailed info. to my fiancee with all of our soc. sec. no's, etc. and the packet was delivered to his home and had been opened. We were afraid of identity theft, and She did not take responsiblility for this and blamed her staff members. She even told my fiancee over the phone that "I was difficult". She then sent out a group email pointing out that he had "yelled" at her. In the email, she said she didn't even know who he was, which was odd. She had spoken to him numerous times, had mailed information to his house, etc. Overall, she was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. As clients, even if she did feel I was "difficult", I feel it is her job to do a better job in customer service and not make things so unpleasant for those of us that are paying her or who she is profiting from. We did have the opportunity to work with Gary however, and he was just the opposite. He was professional, organized, and had no problem with faxing information.
