Eric was very helpful with the process. This is the second time we have used him and SunTrust for mortgage or refinance. He was always responsive to our questions and concerns.

Eric did a fantastic job helping us navigate the process as first time home buyers. He gave us so much information but did so in a way that wasn't overwhelming. I felt that he really was helping find the best option for us. He was incredibly responsive and always made us feel comfortable reaching out with questions.

Eric is insightful and prompt. He worked hard to get us the best rate possible and answered all our questions along the way. When we went to processing, there were a few documents we knew we submitted that were re-requested (but this seems to be common in the industry).
