We recognize this was during the SNOVID of 2021, but it was a bit of a mess. They tagged other buyers on emails to us multiple times, we had to follow up on wiring instructions twice, they seemed to have no idea how we were getting the keys when we signed the closing documents, and it didn't feel like we were really kept informed. I would have expected to receive the closing documents ahead of time (we've bought many times before and always received documents in advance). No technology support or virtual closing capabilities.
