Documents did not arrive on time for our signing appointment, and Chicago Title set us up with a mobile notary so we could still get them signed in time. When the seller failed to sign on time, they chased down the seller to get them done. We were afraid we would close 2 days late due to the seller's delay, but the title company and our agent worked to expedite things so we were only a day late. They were prompt in returning our excess payment due to the change in pro-rations.
