I mailed the paperwork with enough time to get there overnight and it wasn't. All my calls went unanswered. The following day I had to call to find out there was a problem and the sale still did not got through. Again my calls went unanswered. Friday Christie left me hanging no returb calls all weekend. I contacted Josh whio said it would probably Monday. Finally Monday a tex of from Josh but never a return call from Christie.

We were not pleased with Fidelity. Early in the process, we requested an estimate of total closing costs and were given a total we knew to be extremely low. We asked for clarification only to be told information was missing for the estimate. We never did receive a good estimate even though we were assured that the company had worked with our specific purchase situation in the past. Settlement happened and the next day Fidelity emailed us asking for more money stating the settlement documents were wrong. During the entire process, we did not feel any confidence in the company. I would not use them again, nor recommend Fidelity to anyone.
