Original settlement paperwork did not fully print for us, the realtor, or the notary. Had to call numerous times for them to do anything other than to send the same file and suggest the notary adjust his printer settings. Did not follow wire instructions which I had attached to paperwork (said they could not read the scan) so sent it to TD Ameritrade without our account number. Delayed our getting the money 3 days...and our TD Ameritrade broker had to walk them through it. Very defensive.....did not bother to call or email once the money was returned.......nor answer my phonecalls. We had over 50 rental properties in the past and never had issues like this with a closing. I would not use them ever~
