I don't know what the corporate set up of Texas Pioneer Title is, but it is a highly disorganized group. They called us with zero knowledge of the purchasing agreement we had with relatives (we made a cash purchase), contacted our relatives without any knowledge of their involvement in the purchase, and when we came to the signing were missing several documents we had requested they bring, never contacted the HOA, AND asked that we sign a new HUD agreement after the closing was done for the sake of the seller who was grieving over her 3% owed to her agent. Not my fault, not my concern, but I relented for the sake of just getting Texas Pioneer Title out of my hair.
