Texas Premier made a couple of mistakes: 1st. the VP who rushed me through signing all the paperwork, came up with an amount of money I would receive after the sale. This figure turned out to be incorrect. He had not factored in the fees for Redfin & Ebby Halliday's agent. 2nd. I was contacted by a TP employee who cam up with an amount of money I owed each entity, which gave me substantially less money. I had to produce an email from Redfin which stated what the fees I owed would be. So I was given two incorrect amounts of monies owed to me. When all was corrected, I ended up getting an amount of money in the middle, between what the VP told me initially & then the corrected amount on the fees I owed to realtors. Personnel were pleasant enough but need to be more detail-oriented & careful when working with client's money.
