While the appointment was timely, some of the paperwork was not completed. Thus, we had to make various phone calls during the closing to gather information on the wire transfer of funds and a few other things. We became very frustrated as it was not easy to contact the parties we needed. Eventually, Sean was very helpful in making the directions clear. We just wished things had been prepared in advance.
