Jackie is our Escrow officer. She is a very professional and responsible officer. She totally deserves a five-star rating. We have too many words of thanks. These words are not enough to express our gratitude. Because, we signed the contract on December 19, 2024, and then successfully closed Escrow on January 2, 2025, completed the house registration, completed the house transfer, and got the house key on the same day! It was really fast! And considering that there were 2 holidays in the middle: Christmas and New Year, so she only had 8 days to work. We were very surprised by her work efficiency. She arranged everything in an orderly manner, without any problems, and everything went smoothly. Her work experience and professionalism made us admire her very much. Thank you, Jackie DHoudt.

Great experience. Everything went so smooth.

No follow up assistance for unpaid utility they held to pay. No one called to see why they did not have the check 2 weeks later. Only received an excuse-her words: "Yes, the payment was mailed but it can take about a week or so to get all checks in the mail on closings due to the volume." Still, as of 2/27/24 don't know if they received the check-went ahead and paid since it was now delinquent. No follow up by escrow or agent.

Professional, personable and accurate

Fidelity did a great job. The signing process was fast and efficient and the ladies there were great to interact with. This is our 5th home purchase and by far the smoothest and easiest.
