Competent company. You should make sure that you have all your paperwork in order. They wont provide much guidance on how to resolve. Some issues came up and if i didn't aggressively researched and resolved, may have delayed the title clearance. I reduced their rating due to some paperwork issues. They included some paperwork for fees that the seller waved and not on the summary price sheet. They also requested some additional notary signatures for some questionable additional forms (more notary $)
