non accommodating, put wrong wording on a refund check that made waste a long time to solve, you would think they should know better. I'm not sure if you can sign everything digitally but I had to go all the way there to sign. Seems weird in 2015. They also use an old software system to send you documents, I had to download and sign up for some microsoft program in order for me to access my documents.
