Missed the closing date by a week due to avoidable issues with the buyers lender (appraisal was delayed); did not follow up with the seller's lender in a timely manner or communicate problems to the seller; missed the filing deadline to distribute funds to the seller; over use of client screening when contacting them and provided minimal feedback that did not provide a seemless and personal experience (i.e. we never even met the agent); boutique pricing without exceptional service. A local office closer to the property address would have been better. However, the in-office closing/signing went well.
