The paperwork got signed, and the house is now ours, so I'm happy. There was a level of disorganization that concerned me, though. A key piece of information was missed at the very end of the deal that caused a delay in closing. I didn't appreciate having to be the one to reach out and schedule our signing appointment. When it came to closing, the escrow officer who had been working with us didn't end up being the one to go through signing with us (even though she was in the office). The first page presented to us, breaking down closing costs was incorrect and caused us to think our cashiers check would need to be redone. In the end, it all happened just fine, but I'm not sure that I would seek out their business in the future.
