They were fine, people were friendly and the job got done. However, several communication pieces were not clear (for example paying the fee for HOA disclosure, when closing docs would be ordered from our lender, and even where to park for free when we came to sign documents. In addition, when we got to the offices at the appointment time they agreed to, we were waiting for more than 15 minutes with no explanation of what was happening. Finally someone (not the person we'd appointed with/who'd drawn up our documents) came out and said she'd been caught on a phone call. Not what I'd call the best customer service, but again it all turned out ok.
