This was the default company chosen by my lender, and although I could have shopped around, I was pretty burned out by the whole house hunting and mortgage securing process at that point and was happy to have one thing I didn't have to decide upon. Michelle who I worked with out of the Gresham branch was extremely patient, pleasant, and efficient. Signing all of my closing documents in person (they also offer a mobile notary service, but I chose not to use it) took less than an hour, and she explained carefully what each document meant and why it needed to be included in the thick packet of paperwork. As a first time homebuyer, I felt like the title and escrow related fees were pretty high, but after researching it, they appeared in line with closing costs for this market, and none of the "junk fees" that I read about in some homebuying books showed up on my list, so that was reassuring. I don't know much about title companies and haven't used another, so I can't compare/contrast, but my closing went extremely smoothly with no bumps and happened exactly on the target date. The process requires coordination from all of the parties involved in the home purchase, but FNT was one of the major ones, so I can recommend them on that basis.
