Poor communication. There was an issue that needed attention. We reached out and provided information and was told that will help. However 4 weeks went by and then we found out through a third party that our transaction wasn’t closing. We had to call the title company and at that time was given different information. Had it been communicated with us that more was needed for it could’ve been taken care of more timely and without undue stress and rush, which ultimately cost us more money.
