For charging almost $3K in fees we were not impressed. They had many mistakes regarding Lorraine Wright-Brown's name in the documents, were hard to reach the same person who you thought was working on said corrections and it was like dealing with several inexperienced people in the title business. At the end we had to ask, via a couple phone calls, to get the final costs sheet emailed to us. I'd think that would be automatic with a good, experienced crew working at a title company. Not sure why it wasn't with Foundation Escrow?
