Generation escrow has been nice and prompt on my papers. However, when they sent me thick document and deed to sign (2 of mine and 2 of my wife , totaling 4) they did not explain to me that we could just initials the pages first and then go to the notary. So the notary girl at UPS counted every signature and every initial as one account, added up to $240 instead of $60. When I confronted the notary girl (cause she definitely made mistake since there is no notary stamp on every page) Signatures were only the two pages we signed, the UPS business son refuse to refund us the money. Bad taste and I do not talk to the father (owner) any more after knowing them since 2010. It would be helpful if the escrow explain to dummies like us what really need to be signed.
