There was a huge miss 1 hour before closing time which Heritage failed to mitigate in a appropriate manner. The moving truck was scheduled to deliver our home goods, which hinged on our closing window. Heritage did not notify us of the glitch until the last minute which nearly caused us to miss our closing day (which would have slid 3 days to the following business day), and spent time arguing with us over who was at fault, rather than focusing on a solution. It was due to our personal efforts that we were able to close on time, with very little support and flexibility from Heritage.
