In terms of service, I would rate them very low because throughout the process I felt that 1) They weren't communicating effectively: They didn't bother writing anything in e-mail body most of the time and simply sent attachment with blank content. I consider this complete lack of professionalism and courtesy 2) They made mistakes on numbers and didn't read contracts correctly which would have been a great hassle if I didn't read thoroughly and didn't catch in time 3) I didn't feel like they had sense of urgency to get me document I requested for days, which was only prewritten wire instruction with 0 custom info but just ABA and account # . There is no excuse what so ever something like this takes so long. The ONLY reason I even gave them 5 is because our transaction closed on time. These guys are KW in-house escrow and by default gets most escrow processed on their agents listing, which I believe offers them no incentive to deliver quality service.
