I signed 2 days before the buyers. The amount of home proceeds were calculated wrong when give to me to sign at closing. They found out after I left and fixed it before the buyers signed it. Still used my signature from the old document without my consent on the revised document like I have agreed to get the lesser amount due to the miscalculation. It was rude for them to not let me know before they took my signature from the old paper and put it on the revised paper with a less amount of home proceeds. I asked for a refund for what I paid them to do the job for me, but they simply ignored my request and moved on.
