I had a really good experience with Approved Inspections. For starters, they were quick and flexible with setting up a time for the inspection despite the really busy season. The inspection itself went above and beyond what I was anticipating and they even went as far as providing thermal images to assess any inefficiencies to the HVAC system. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work; the inspectors carry a lot of experience and have a good demeanor. I would definitely work with them again!

Amir was very thorough and took his time to inspect all the items that could be inspected. He also informed me of several items that should be addressed and these were accurately reflected in his report. He came in before the appointed time and stayed well past the estimated 2 hours. The whole inspection took more than six hours. His 43-page report documented all the findings in written words along with photographs. Amir was diligent, professional and courteous.
