We were really lucky to have David as our home inspector. Buying a 100 year old house is very nerve racking, but his input and recommendations gave us confidence in the house we were purchasing and helped us negotiate with the seller to get some critical repairs done before closing. He showed up with a ladder and knee pads to crawl below the house, as all inspectors should. His report was simple and easy-to-read, but was thorough at the same time. I can tell he is one of the best in the business.

Can't say enough good things about David. He went well above and beyond. Provide multiple inspections at the property and he is good. Does not miss a thing . Very honest , he will tell you what will fly or what can get you by with repairs but he always recommends making repairs the right way the first time . David is in high demand because. Of the standard he sets but for your property he's is well worth it.
