Ian Westmoreland

We read a lot of home disclosure reports and Ian's were detailed, clear and concise. His summary of high and medium priority repairs at the end of the report is icing on the cake. We'd recommend Inspector Ian without reservation to anyone who needs a home inspection report done.

First of all...come on the name is awesome! da da da da da Inspector Ian... :) But really...Ian was great to work with with. He was quick and was very thorough in his review. We did find an issue after the inspection (the microwave ended up not working), although I do not really fault him for this as it does turn on and did work sporadically (so would be easy to miss). Ian was very friendly and willing to answer questions along the way. Ian also took multiple pictures to document all aspects of the Inspection. He also doesn't over-sell people (we asked about a pest inspection and he stated could be done...but with this property and his findings he felt it would not at all be required). To elaborate, our home is only 3 years old so I did not think it would be required, but nice hearing from an inspector also! Overall I would recommend him for any home inspection services.
