The inspector that inspected the first house we put an offer was amazing. It was very detailed and it helped make our decision to back out of our offer. However, there were 2 inspectors that came for the inspection on the 2nd (and final) house we put the offer down and they missed a lot of key things, which we found out after closing resulting in a bunch of fixes. The quality of inspection greatly varies based on the inspector you get.

Jerson was extremely thorough in his inspection, he spent a good 4 hours or so making sure everything was good and reporting anything that needed to be fixed. He also walked me through how to fix some of the minor things myself which is great as a first time home owner. The report from RJ Home inspection was also excellent as it points out with photos and arrows the issues and the severity of the issues.
