He asked me to be there at a certain time and when I got there the inspection was done!I keep asking him questions and he talk over them he seemed very rude and in a rush to go do something else.I did PAY for the inspection.I call him numerous time to ask him questions NEVER CALLED BACK.I wish he was in Chicago so Ivan tell my friends never to use his company.But I do have friends that want to buy in Florida and MAKE SURE NOT TO USE THAT INSPECTION COMPANY.
