We pride ourselves on Customer Satisfaction, and thorough / accurate inspections and reports. In this case the client was not present or available to discuss by phone, but all of these issues were mentioned AND photos were included in the comprehensive Home Inspection Report that was delivered the morning after the inspection was completed. FROM OUR INSPECTION REPORT: Standing water observed near the pool equipment. Unable to locate source of water. One of the valves is missing a handle. Toilet in half bath not properly attached to floor will cause accelerated failure of wax ring gasket and subsequent leaking. Water heater appears older than normal life expectancy 2001. This building will not pass a 4-Point Inspection (which may be required to insure the property) without plumbing repairs.
