We have Home Inspection Star, Inc complete our home inspection. They charged us $400 for a condo inspection, so they were not the cheapest. The inspection took about 2 hours and they provided details on the spot. We appreciated that we got the results digitally and on the same day as that gave us an opportunity to renegotiate with the seller. The only complaint I have is that the inspector indicated that the HVAC was the associations responsibility so he did not inspect the HVAC unit on the roof top, just the part in the condo. We later found out that the HVAC is our responsibility so we had to call and HVAC tech to check it out. Turns out the HVAC needs to be replaced which was something we were hoping to avoid.
