Dottie's team arrived early to get a head start on the outside of the home. Two people were present to complete the inspection more efficiently. They were very thorough, and they explained their findings to me while they performed the inspection. I appreciate the transparency they provided regarding the limitations of the inspection. The final report they provided via email was very professional and comprehensive. Overall, I walked away with a great understanding of the home I was purchasing, and it was a pleasure to work with Dottie's team.

Dottie and her team of inspectors did a very thorough job, except for the fact that they elected not to test the water system for fear that there might be a leak that could cause damage. They spent two hours and walked me through each item, which compensated for the fact that they report was of the old fashioned handwritten/checked variety.I have a good check list of what I need to repair. For an additional $10 I was able to purchase a 100 day home inspection warranty, which offered more assurance.

Echo Home Inspection was an excellent experience. Dottie was quick to respond to our request to set up inspection. They sent two inspectors to meet us. The inspectors arrived ahead of us to do a walk thru of the home. When we got there they then went through every single item on the checklist. They went above and beyond and were very thorough. They answered every single question we had and even advised us on maintenance questions we asked of them. We will definitely recommend Dottie and Echo to everyone we know!
