Larry is AWESOME and chock full of information!

Larry was the BEST!! I've already recommended him to our Redfin team and our designer as a great resource. He was correct in his opinion that the basement in the home we were looking to purchase was not permitted which factored into our decision on the purchase and price offered. Gave us great advice and answered all questions. We did purchase and are following up and implementing his recommendations.

Larry Robbins did a great job during the inspection of our new home. He explained everything he was doing to the two persons present at the inspection. He provided a detailed report of the inspection in a tmely manner and answered all questions related to items that were noted on the report. My husband is a veteran and Larry provided a veteran's discount to us, which was an unexpected bonus. He has being doing inspections for a very long time and you can tell he knows his stuff and enjoys what he does. He told us he plans to do continue doing inspections as long as he possibly can. We felt confident in his knwolege, ability and how he also loved teaching the persons he was working with more about their potential new home. The market at the time we needed an inspection was a very busy time for inspectors and Larry made the time for our inspection when others in the field could not. We were glad to have Larry available when we needed him., and would definitely recommend him for your potential new home!

Our inspector was absolutely incredible. Knowing we were first time home buyers, he encouraged me to follow him all around the house during the inspection, giving advice and clarification for everything all across the home. I felt not only more knowledgeable of my own, but also how it functions and what to do it any problems came up. I cannot recommend him enough.

Larry is such an amazing guy. He is very smart and he is in the details. He spent a long time going over everything. I know that is his profession but it seemed to me he treats his clients like they are like family and takes the time to explain everything. It was refreshing being a tradesmen myself. I will recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.

Larry’s passion for what he does is palpable. While several other inspectors I talked to declined the opportunity to inspect our very unique home construction, Larry got excited and enthusiastically agreed. He shared a wealth of knowledge before we even agreed to have him do our inspection, entertained even the most basic of questions with simple to understand answers, and left no stone unturned during the actual inspection—he stayed well over the allotted time to make sure everything was complete and addressed to the highest standard.

LOVE our inspector! Larry is very detailed very thorough and explains each and every possible scenario, he walked us through every nook and cranny at the properties we saw together and in great detail explained everything and even showed us a few tricks we didn’t know about.

Larry is so helpful and very patient. Of course, he will do a very thorough inspection within the scope he is allowed, but will also provide a lot of helpful suggestions and tips on how to maintain a home. I have taken his suggestions in the past (we're a repeat customer) and they've saved me money.

Larry's inspection provided me with the information I needed to move forward in the home buying process. He was informative yet down to earth. So helpful!

Larry was great and very helpful and thorough.

Super knowledgeable. Saved me at least 5k post his inspection. He pointed out issues with vents, slight attic mold, exhaust which the sellers fixed prior to closing. He guided me through the whole inspection and explained every detail about this house and the maintenance as well. It was a homeowner's 101-course tailored for your own home. as a FHO I would not know a lot of things had Larry not pointed out. He climbed on the roof and also crawled in the Attic and did not make excuses to avoid any piece of the inspection. Highly recommended.
