During the inspection, Mike was very helpful. He explained things to me and was very patient. He seemed to do a pretty in depth inspection of the property (new construction). For the most part I was happy with Mike's inspection, however upon moving in there were several smaller things that I think he should have picked up on (door closing poorly, loud AC issues, etc). I think there is a spectrum of inspectors from those that are overly cautious and those that are not cautious enough. I think Mike falls a bit towards the not cautious enough level but is certainly not a bad choice.
