Scott truly saved us in this whole home buying process. His inspection of a house we almost bought made us aware of some very major problems that we wouldn't have been able to finance. Following the fall out of the first house, due to having such a great experience with him, we had him inspect the next house we placed an offer on. Once again, he was great. Very attentive, detail oriented, and took the time to explain what he was seeing and answer the questions we had. In the future we definitely plan to use him again and we will recommend him to anyone needing an inspection!

Scott provided a professionally detailed inspection on our first home purchase. He arrived ahead of schedule, toured the outside of my home and spent time detailing all tasks he would complete. He listens, answers all your questions, RETURNS CALLS and recommends highly experienced contractors to resolve found issues and also addresses how a new potential home owner can recognize how something should look when properly maintained by a seller's property manager/owner. Scott provides a detailed report which I am using to complete issues discovered. I highly recommend Scott for your next home inspection.
