CeS inspection was done as planned. I am impressed with the report and the reporting system. It allows to categorize the defects into groups and share with different contractors. Very useful. However, I was not pleased with the treatment I received from Mr. Schultz regarding a later clarification about foundation. I found it insulting and did not appreciate the way the case was handled. At the end, the issue was reconciled but it did not have to even escalate as an issue.

CeS Inspections did an incredibly thorough and detailed inspection of the house and we were extremely pleased with the overall experience. They took an extra hour than originally planned because they thought it was a good idea to dig a bit deeper into a couple items (no extra charge - it's a flat fee and you get your money's worth). The final report is well organized with an abundance of pictures. Since we have a new build, we will probably bring them back out in 10 or 11 months for a re-inspection before our workmanship warranty expires.
