Eddie was very personable and pleasant to work with. However, he missed several details during my inspection. For example, he marked insulation in the crawl space as missing... however, just in the same vicinity was the "missing" insulation. Another example is he said he was not able to find the access panel for the whirlpool bath. However, the same repairman that replaced the "missing" insulation also pointed out to me (in the same crawl space) where the access to the whirlpool tub was. He failed to run the radon test correctly- causing a greater than 48 hr delay in results. However, he did pay for another company to come out and re-run the test at his expense. The homeowner was unhappy that she had to allow access to another company for a test that was supposed to have already been done. This caused a delay as she initially denied the other company access to the home. During the DD period any delay in getting information can be critically important to the process. Other examples, included him not opening access panels in the bonus room. My brother was able to access those panels without much effort and found evidence of a previous roof leak. there are more examples, but I think you get the gist. I would strongly suggest you select a different home inspector. Christopher Churchill- is the repairman I used AND he also does inspections. He was wonderful. He did my septic inspection! If you need an inspector OR repairman- consider Christopher Churchill!

Edward did a great job on our inspection. He explained everything to us and patiently answered questions from our entire family during the inspection. He was very thorough during the inspection and on the report. This helped us to get the seller to agree to many repairs before closing. I would definitely recommend his services.
