There aren't words to describe how highly I think of Chad. He performed two inspections for us on two different properties, and both times, he showed us how it's done right: he's thorough, professional, honest, experienced, easy-going, organized, and responsive. The quality of the materials we received were exceptional. All transactions could be done online. Any concerns or questions I had were answered within minutes. He is definitely the highest rated in the area for a reason. Two very, very big thumbs up.

I can't say enough great things about Chad. From our first request for an inspection to the final report, everything was incredibly professional, efficient, and of the highest quality. Chad pays attention to every detail: his website is clean and well laid out; contracts, invoicing, and payment can all be done online (including accepting American Express), and the final report we received was very nicely organized, easy to read, and very, very thorough. Thanks to Chad's work, we found out that the house we wanted to buy was actually a disaster, so he just saved us a ton of stress and money. We will definitely be using him again for our next inspection. Two very, very big thumbs up.
