Based on his very detailed and comprehensive inspection report, we felt confident that we knew exactly the house we were negotiating over and eventually bought. Even after we received the report, Aaron was always ready to answer our questions in detail about any of the items he uncovered or highlighted. Aaron did a very thorough house inspection with a detailed review, feedback, and personal recommendations based on his experience in the industry. He had checked all the 'gotchas' that our friends wished they had checked/known/been notified about. I've already recommended Aaron to those friends for future home inspections, and in one case, to re-inspect a previous home inspection done by another. Highly recommend. Provided document pertaining to all the issues that were found with actionable remediation steps.

He was extremely thorough in inspecting the home and providing a comprehensive report detailing both short term and long term areas of concern which we were able to get resolved prior to closing on the house. His knowledge of local building practices was excellent and shows in the report he was able to put together. I would definitely reach out to Aaron again in the future for another inspection.
