Ken was amazing. Punctual, thorough, obviously knowledgeable, patient and very capable of explaining everything he was doing/seeing to the less knowledgeable (ahem, that'd be me). The seller had provided their own inspection report, as well, and Ken independently spotted everything listed in their report, plus identified a few other issues. His inspection report format is very well-organized and easy to follow. Once we had the seller repair all the important items, I had Ken come back out for a re-inspection. So, no only would I use him again, I did use him again.
