Toby is amazing!!! This is the 2nd time he has performed a home inspection for us and he simply blew our minds with the level of attention and detail he provided during his inspection. His inspection report was extremely insightful, and enabled the builder to fix our roof and revamp how they build their roofs going forward. Toby's worth is weight in gold, and we look forward to connecting with him for a 3rd time in the near future. We will absolutely be reccomending Toby's services to our friends and colleagues.

We used AMI when we bought our first home and we're so impressed with how thorough they were that we knew we had to use them again for this home. Mark was punctual and took his time looking at everything. Afterward he reviewed his findings in depth with us and included recommendations for things we could do ourselves to save money. The reports are color coded so you can easily tell the severity of any problems found. The inspection takes longer than other companies but it's truly worth it. If we ever buy a house again we will always use AMI.
