Nick from Town Home Inspections was so incredibly thorough and helpful. Being first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure that we were making the right decision with our purchase. Having Nick out there undoubtedly helped relieve any of our initial concerns, he provided us with a detailed report of items that came up during his inspection and took the time to explain each one of them to us after the inspection was complete. The report outlines all items based on severity and he made sure to let us know which items needed immediate attention or otherwise could be taken care of by us after our purchase was complete. We felt confident with our decision and would recommend Nick to any of our friends or family!
