The inspection discovered some items that we missed during initial walk-throughs of the house, and I also found out a lot of great tips for camping in the area :) I did think the inspection was rather quick for how large the property was, but they had two people there and the report they put together contained pictures and documentation of recommended and immediate improvements needed. Overall it was a positive experience.

The home inspection seemed very thorough. The home inspector followed a checklist and inspected according to Washington State Buidling Code. Nickelsen's Home Insections provided a detailed report and summary report at the end of inspection. The inspector also E-mailed the reports immediately. The home inspection report provided detailed information to negotiate an offer and ultimately provided enough discrepancies to rescind my offer on the home. Although the home inspection price was higher than other inspection agencies, I feel the high quality of service justified the decision to use Nickelsen's Home Inspection Team.
