Was available on a few days notice. Very thorough and quick-turnaround. Inspected the crawl-space and attic and gave us great maintenance tips throughout the inspection.

Being a first-time home buyer and not knowing much about home maintenance, I was nervous to attend the inspection without my husband, who couldn't leave work to be there. However, my apprehension vanished shortly after the inspection began. I found Dan to be very professional, approachable, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He had no problem with me following him around during the inspection. He answered all of my questions and offered a lot of helpful information. He prioritized a to-do list of minor repairs that we've found to be very helpful. Because this was a pre-inspection, I needed the inspection report immediately so that I could turn in my offer later that same day. He took time at the end of the inspection to give me a hand written inspection report. The next day we received an electronic version of the report with pictures and about a week later in the mail we received a very nice bound hard-copy of the report with a picture of the house on the front cover. Our offer was accepted and we've been in the home now for about a month. So far we have not found any issues that were not in the inspection report. The inspection conducted by Dan Pedersen with SEBI was a positive experience and I definitely recommend him to other home-buyers.

Dan and SEBI were great and were able to fit us in for a pre-inspection to help us be competitive in a multiple-offer situation. A really nice thing about Dan and his team is that they're all ex-contractors so they know how things are built from the inside out and can give you real-world advice about issues with the house, as well as decent ball-park estimates for how much certain things might cost, having been on that side of the business in the past.

Very professional team. They did a very thorough inspection but they left the oven on in the house... that is why I am rating them lower.

Overall, Dan did a good job and looked into details. Our house was in good shape but he had useful recommendations. After the inspection it was a bit difficult to get hold of him for questions.
