It was very educational following him around as he explained everything he saw and answered all my naive questions...he even has some amusing stories to lighten the lengthy proceedings too! Don was very prompted in responding to our request. We appreciated his flexibility with scheduling in a tight inspection window. Don was very though although I would have appreciated him testing the furnace to be sure was heating correctly and the stove was not mentioned in the inspection report. I loved the color coding he used to out items that were items which needed to be addressed immediately, things to monitor and suggested items to fix. Don was also very responsive with our follow up questions. Overall he did a nice job for us and we would recommend him to others.
