Frank was great and very thorough. Upon shaking his hand, he told me how the inspection would go and encouraged me to follow him and/or ask questions. He was professional and took extra time on certain areas, inwhich I had expressed concern. At the end of the inspection, Frank showed me pictures on his camera and we discussed in detail. The report was emailed within 24hours, which was amazing since all the info was still fresh in my mind. It was my first home purchase and I felt as if Frank took extra time to reassure my new home was safe. I highly recommend Frank!

I hired Frank to do an inspection on a home we put an offer on (and eventually bought) based on a friend's referral. He arrived at the property ahead of the scheduled time and did a very thorough job looking over the house. I'm not terribly handy and this was my first home purchase, so spent a good amount of time at the end of the inspection going over the items in detail, which I appreciated. His written report was also incredibly thorough and had very good photos pointing at issues that he found. I would definitely use him for inspections in the future!
